How do you manage to popularise Nostr in your country?

Polish community in Nostr is quite small, I wish to expand it and looking for tips.

I am definitely more of a computer geek than activist, influencer or sales person, so I thought about technical solutions.

My first idea is to create a few bots that translate local RSS feeds to Nostr notes to create a stream of Polish news content for people to read.

Second one is to create my own instance of mostr and to talk to local Mastodon admins to not ban it, so local nostr users and Fediverse users can interact with. Public nostr instances are often read-only from the viewpoint of Nostr. Maybe my instance would be different in my country. Polish Fediverse is bigger than Polish Nostr so why not leverage that?

That's simply not enough to have critical mass to produce any "sub-groups', i.e. local regional interest or hobby groups, etc. Hence the best strategy IMHO is to build bridges to the Fediverse. N...

Probably didn't work either. It's not just about specifically technical or social action, it's also a...
