Is there a way to post only to one relay (Citrine Running locally) and if so, will it leak to other relays later?
You can post protected notes to one relay with Jumble. Save it as a "favorite", select it and unselected all others when writing your note, and click the "protected" slider. I am not sure if Citrine honors protected events though.
