Same! Carnivore diet (and the study that went along with it) completely shattered this bullshit "healthy eating" propaganda completely. Fiat food, fiat diets, it's all crap. Propaganda to actually keep everyone sick and after a doctor and meds the whole time.

Then why need to post about it? I don’t miss chocolate. I don’t even think about chocolate. If you put a bar of chocolate in front of me I wouldn’t eat it. This is usually my line of thinking about two days before I break in to a high end chocolate shop and gorge myself until the cops come...
