The utopians are the socialists and even the pro democracy crowd. You are correct. Anarchy really isn't an ideology as much as accepting reality. Capitalism without a moral culture is better than any planned economy but it won't make people moral. People fall into the trap you describe for sure but it's niave of them. Bad representation of ideas don't make the ideas bad.

FWIW I think we are a long way from the state falling away but again, people that think it's right around the corner are niave. Likely read one book and new to the ideas.
