Yep, completely agree with all that. But anyone can play a C#, but not everyone could compose Bohemian Rhapsody. That takes many years of dedication to create. To be honest, this hypothetical scenario of someone else monetising and laying claim to someone else's song would probably never happen. I'm just stuck on this point because I know I wouldn't want it to happen to my work unless I explicitly agreed to someone doing that, because it's my time that's gone into creating it. I need to read up more on this because I think it's fascinating
