The #Meshtastic network is an interesting communication tool. I found out about it in 2024 but only few people knew about it. Right now a lot more people are discovering it as an alternative communication method.

Yeah it's come a long way. Back then you were basically prototyping if you wanted one, now you can purchase sets of them online including dedicated repeater modules. And I saw some the other day that you can connect your smart phone to and use messaging apps like Telegram over the network.

It's great! I've gotten one and have been evangelizing it at work. I work on a factory setting where there is not always got cell phone reception. It's great to be able to connect with people in those situations. What's wild is it's been a long time since I've had fun learning and discovering SOME...
