I don't understand all this hate against the SBR, especially if you're American. Do you care about the United States? Do you care about your neighbors? Every organization is incentivized to own Bitcoin, including governments. Would you rather that much worse governments get Bitcoin?

Your ideal of "only ideologically pure people should own Bitcoin" was never going to be the case and if you think that, you have authoritarian tendencies and do not understand what decentralization means.

"Do you care about the United States?" ---> I care about the people IN the United States significantly more than the entity that claims the authority to extract taxes from those people, with said taxes being used to pay for this "SBR." I want *people* to prosper, not the government.

I'll form an opinion on an SBR once I see a proposal for one. as yet, none exists. a CrYPtO STRATEGIC thingy on the other hand, I have nothing but contempt for.

I want the government to adopt it as a currency by accepting it as payment or invest tax dollars into the people.

I'm not a very smart man, I spent half my life poisoning my brains with drugs and alcohol. but i can recognise patterns, Trump and Elon have already done this grift before.
