Does the right to bear arms extend to cyberspace?
Like suppose you try to attack my website so I in turn hack your computer and destroy it.
Is that self defense?
No there is no self defense plea in the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. US has old legislation use to lock up "hackers". But don't see them ever letting people do that.
