Without disclosing the DARPA piece of the equation, it then suddenly looks like HHS was the one coordinating the public health response. That's saying nothing of the fact that the "virus" itself was also a product of the university of North Carolina, Chapel Hill (likely another DARPA funded initiative) in collaboration with the NIH. Obscuring all this info during the plandemic with stories of a Bat soup induced outbreak and then eventually "lab leak" nonsense was intentionally deceptive
