idk, I still don't really think this MoU is really happening. I think all these "negotiations" are just ways for Trump to manage the PR for his skirmishes. He can claim "ceasefire" after each attack and during the week he just doubles down on "we are about to sign something big and peace will happen". Then the weekend comes and he goes on his "bridge day" type comments.
