I always liked reading Bill Bryson when I was a teenager. He had a way of making the mundane enjoyable - for me at least. I feel like reading him again.
I think I've read just about every book he's written, I was gutted when he retired. I think he's probably my favourite American author (Though he's actually an honorary Brit!).
