It’s a tough subject that I think hits island communities more. We have very similar birth rates here with a much smaller population. Our rural areas are being emptied out, and our replacement rate is abysmal. People watching communities die and trying to attract more humans who want to participate. Any alternatives being proposed over there that carry weight?
