If I need to contact the roofing guys I have to call the South Island office, talk with the receptionist who then transfers me to the local manager, who never answers her phone, so I need to leave a message, and she never calls me back 😩

I once asked the receptionist if I could just get the local manager's phone number, and she said that's not how they do things...
