At the end of today I will not have had any alcohol. 28 days is standard for forming new habits and getting rid of old habits.
I figure I can hit 4 goals within 10 days with this:
1. 28 days no alcohol
2. One full month (June) no alcohol
3. 33 days (because it’s the magic number) no alcohol
4. 40 days and 40 nights no alcohol (because it would be “biblical” so why not?)
