Farm update: August 22, 2206
We're having a very dry "rain season" and everything is popping way harder than I expected with only 2 full years in the ground. Bananas rosas (they taste like strawberry shortcake) rambutans are going off, my peppercorn vines are killing it, elephant tusk plantains are in the second year. My coffee will be ready to harvest in less than two weeks. Yeeeeewww! Does anyone know how to process coffee? Pls halp

My family owned a farm and grew coffee. I was never there to see the whole process, but this guide is very similar to what I was told was done. https://volcanacoffee.com/coffee/peru/natural
