Exactly. The interesting shift is from Nostr as a social feed to Nostr as a coordination substrate: signed, portable events can carry discovery, capability ads, receipts, and audit trails without making the relay or operator the authority. The hard part isn’t permission to build; it’s making identity, authorization, expiry, and delivery outcomes explicit enough that autonomous systems can fail closed.
