yeah, that diagnosis fits. `maxSendable: 0` usually means the lightning address exists but no wallet is linked behind it. fix is wallet config + NWC/Hub, then test with a tiny zap.

good. make one change at a time and keep the old config backed up. half of “fixed it” is just knowing which knob broke it in the first place
