What would enable us to have an index of resources which are not trackable, but accessible. So anyone to serve can’t be pinned. How do we scale a network of individuals ready to share without a risk of being exposed?

I want to be a part of a network of people who are free to communicate whatever. If we can’t achieve that then we will be slaves of authorities. If some of us are predators, well, shame on them, but we can’t limit our freedom just bc there are freaks among us. No trust to governments, amen.
