I agree with this take. However, my opinion is that the USG is lining MSTR up for insolvency so that the USG can take ownership of the BTC.

how would insolvency happen? if i understand company finances correctly, every other company is more likely to go insolvent before MSTR... their debt obligations are covered 6 to 1 with bitcoin hoard. typical company debt obligations are covered with some promise of future earnings...
