We're not all equal.

You can run the simulation as many times as you like and power will still concentrate into the hands of a few.

You don't have to like it, but it's a pattern that we see again and again and again...

For all intents and purposes it appears to be natural.

Yes, but it also depends on what power structures you can see and value. You can see a massive vortex and worry about being swallowed by it, and that resistance might incrementally change flows just a bit before you get swallowed by it. Or you can join smaller whorls, unseen by the large one, and ...

There's real math under the pattern. Preferential attachment generates power law distributions in growing networks. The Barabási Albert model showed this in 1999: each new node linking preferentially to well connected ones is enough to produce a few hubs holding most of the connections.

Like roughly 1% of people are psychopaths with no empathy. Unless you keep them in check they will always exploit and hurt other people.

The deck is openly stacked against (not all) but the average gentile citizen/parent. Governments have long, to a large measure, been in actuality by the elite, for the elite and of the masses but now it’s so in your face it’s insulting. It’s been a multi-generational if not multi-century progr...

I have one significant change in my perspective, “For all intents and purposes it appears to be following a plan.”
