You can get a nostr signing extension for your browser and add your nostr key there. Then when you open the settings in cashu.me, choose to use the signing extension in the nostr settings. Cashu.me will then use you primal npub.cash and show your username too.

You can also enable the new version of npub.cash (npubx.cash) in the experimental settings
