#asknostr What are some ways that you guys have to fix/change a sleep schedule that has been completely off the rails for years?

I've been struggling to fix my schedule for years now, and it's starting to really take its toll on my mind, on my health, on my discipline. I've become more of a lazy procrastinator as of late and I don't like it. I'm not seeking to become a morning person. I've never been one, even when my schedule wasn't in bad shape, but I am seeking to at least have more regularity and less of a struggle with getting to bed on time and waking up with the alarms without immediately snoozing them.

And yes, I do know for a fact that my diet isn't helping. I don't exactly have the ability to eat as healthy as I would like to, but I try to eat as healthy as I can with what I have.

Sleep and health go hand in hand and impact one another. Bad diet - poor sleep. Poor sleep = bad health which diet alone can’t fix. You have to tackle both.

When you get up in the morning, spend the first half hour outside; on the balcony with your coffee, on a short walk, whatever you have available no matter the weather.
