Depends on the antibiotic. Less is best usually. Most antibiotics effectiveness won't be affected, usually just make some side effects worse. Bactrim and Flagyl are the one where you kinda wanna stay away from booze iirc

Antibiotics are like trying to remove one invasive species by carpet-bombing the forest. You may kill the thing you were targeting, but you also damage the ecosystem that was keeping everything else in balance.

I drank a little while on antibiotics once and the illness didn't fully go away but got worse and turned into a multi-week thing. So...I'd say play it safe and zero 😅
