Referral was finally approved and I called the orthopedic surgeon to schedule and mentioned my ankle being fucked up and asked if I needed to get another referral to also be seen for that... She literally told me my insurance doesn't require referrals and I could have called whenever and made me back to back appointments with a wrist and ankle doctor 😭 🙏 so I pretty much waited like, 7 weeks for NOTHING
