why the fuck would I "dine and donate" at some restaurant I wouldn't ordinarily go to so 10-15% of the check (or some larger percentage of an ambiguous profit margin) goes to an organization I like? why wouldn't I just stay home, grill a steak I got half price this morning, and just give that money directly to the org?
