I wouldn't worry about it. The underlying premise of Linux is objectively better and it is just a matter of time. It might be a lot of time, but eventually the better thing will win.

I only use it for steam streaming. Linux, probably due to wayland, doesn't stream games well.

Can't wait for steamOS to be the standard for gaming so I don't need to dual boot anymore... Hurry up Gabe!

Using Windows 10 with O&O ShutUp10 on one of my computers. All software I use is open-source and the same as on my Linux computer. It's acceptable.

Just use any linux distro with an okay x86 laptop (if it's a thinkpad you're very based) and your life will never be the same.

Tell that to the FIAT mine I work at. Everything is locked starting from bios to vpn so GL trying to log in to any company resources with some other machine.

I tend to say that the least productive people use Linux, mildly productive use Mac and productive people use Windows. There are just very few hassles with Windows anymore, the others I spend time daily just fighting the OS while I want to do something productive.

I agree! The problem is when people start to feel "superior" to others just because they use a different operating system. This is very common. And also much worse than using Windows.

But Microsoft Flight Simulator won't run anywhere else except xbox which is annoying to fly on!
