awwww dude I wasn't asking for a refund. I would just like to know if that quirk can be fixed?

I would prefer to help you guys out but I just thought I was paying for an account so that I could upload longer, larger vids, and some audio and other things that werent "live" photos or regular photos or supr short videos which you guys apparently let be uploaded for free by anyone without an account? or am I missing something here?

is there no way to address that quirk?
