The waves of adaptation are inevitable. I am certain of this. This artwork draws inspiration from the iconic engraving, The Great Wave off Kanagawa (神奈川沖浪裏, Kanagawa oki nami ura), by the renowned Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai."
