ICE is not new. Obama deported more people than Trump has. They have the authority. Local law enforecment used to let the feds come pick up the illegals when arrested. The policy makers in democrat cities are creating a violent circumstance on purpose to agitate for votes by not allowing the feds to come to the prisons as one specific fault. ICE is not a military force. They will pack based on circumstances.
