Trying to send emails to someone doing some mahi for us. My attachments (JPEG, PNG, etc.) turn into DAT on their end (e.g. ATT00011.DAT) and they can’t open them. I think they may be using something called ‘Outlook’? How do you send emails to Outlook so it doesn’t change the attachments?
Strangely, I think they were able to receive PDFs so last week I had to put image files inside PDFs. Is this the only attachment type that Outlook will accept without changing it?
