Good to see an interview that spreads awareness on the Alberta separatist movement. A couple points I want to make though.

Point 1, Canada isn’t a free country or has authoritarian policies. When I hear this on podcasts, it irks me. I live in Canada and enjoy freedom of speech and movement in a safe country. Maybe I will go buy some Bitcoin today or join a protest without fear of the state. No CBDC, no digital id, no flock cameras. MAID exists and gives those in pain a way out. They may not have it right, but it is hard to argue not having it.

Point 2, Alberta separating. This seems like attacking the symptom instead of the root cause. Say they separate. If they are lucky, they become a new country without debt in a debt-based system. Eventually, they will be in the same position as any other country in the world. The world elite wont have it any other way and Alberta won’t have the resources to fight it.

I think Alberta would be better off fighting for more power and independence as a province within Canada than separating. If they can’t get major victories doing this then the citizens shouldn’t expect it on the world stage.
