Cutting on carnivore is cool as fuck.
90g protein and 180g fat has crazy mental effects, like the increased alertness and vividness at the very beginning of an acid trip.
Unfortunately I'm not one of the miracle cases that can eat 5k calories of beef and lose weight.
I gradually gained 40 lbs over 6 months. Went from ~12% BF to ~18%, while adding 90+ lbs to all my lifts and regaining the fire to train
But now it's time to lean out. Already down 5 lbs. 10-15 more and I should look pretty interesting. Even more excited for what it does to my 40 time and vertical jump
