As i understand this rule does not apply for transactions up to 1000 Euro. Right? In this case, for the most of us this range up to 1000 Euro is still enough for recursive onramping.

I think if you’ve used Strike before, nothing will change. Just indicate that you’re sending it to yourself, and that’s it. Simply make an intermediate payment via Lightning or Liquid before, for example, depositing to your hardware wallet
