I'd have to ask my data colleagues, but from the top of my head:
- number of interactions
- number of comments
- per-post breakdowns (so I can easily tell what was the best post of the month)
- follower growth
I know reach/impressions are tricky to do in the fediverse, for privacy reasons, so not that I guess
