Houses being built now: cardboard, shitty dimensional lumber, drywall and chemicals. 20-30 years ago life span.

Houses 100 years ago: craftsman’s built from old growth with lathe and plaster. 100-200 year life span.

What I want: 3D printed regenerative concrete houses (embedded with fiber to make it flexible, biochar to make it breathable and clean the air and potassium silicate to make it resistant to water erosion) that allow for designs never conceived of before built to last 500-1000 years.

You might want consider ICF (insulated concrete forms). I’m very happy with mine. Concrete that breathes is difficult to air condition.
