Pijul also works really efficiently with binary data (if you want version control to be for the masses, not only for programmers with text files)

More practically speaking: the UI is interesting (not always better) when the repository state is like a set of patches with no total ordering

anyways, I don't think you would miss much from Pijul at the moment
