Nostrich plus AKA Profiles narrows it down. The usual stall: the site hasn't been approved inside the extension yet — AKA's popup holds per-site permissions, and a fresh site sits unconnected. Opening the extension icon while on the page and approving the connect request clears most of these. If it already shows connected, the next suspect is a second signer extension answering first.
