Found some numbers for parental filicide more generally.
Women of "other" ethnicities have 36.7% of American newborns, but only 2-3% of the filicides. Latinas, Asians, Islanders etc in aggregate.
That's a more than 90% reduction in risk.
Offender race in neonaticide:
White 75.9%
Black 21.2%
Other 2.9%
Offender race in infanticide:
White 62%
Black 35.9%

White 49.7%
Black 13.6%
Other 36.7%
Now it needs to be pointed out that maternal filicide has only a 25% conviction rate in the US of A.
It is reasonable to assume the 75% who walk - and are not included in our figures - are disproportionately White.
If we could correct for this, the above racial disparity would be much worse.
