If they as a country or a state have bitcoin, how does that get transferred to the next government of that country or state because if it was held by the previous regime I don’t see them giving that up

I’m willing to bet a decent amount of sats that the politicians holding the keys will fumble the ball

I agree that Venezuela has got fiat fucked, but I think that it’s pretty far-fetched that any of the Bitcoin would go to the Venezuelans.
