FreeCAD. 3 sketches: two for base and lid, revolved; one simple leaf shape, extruded, filleted on top, polar array (actually two arrays of 5 leaves, one having 0.2 mm extra extrusion to make the leaves distinct where they overlap).
Exported to .3mf and used https://bumpmesh.com/ to apply a dots pattern to some of the surfaces.
Printed in eSun PETG+HS Fire Engine Red in 0.12 mm layers and eSun PETG Solid Green in 0.2 mm layers.
