I think this is a terrible idea. This would be essentially waving a "Bitcoiners only" flag to any newbies curious about joining. Not every Nostr user starts out a Bitcoiner. And if they feel they have to be to join they just won't join. This is like the anti-grownostr.

I was recently convinced into nostr damus by my husband thinking that we were zapping and receiving zaps to show appreciation for work or hobbies that people are showing. If they feel forced to zap, maybe we should at least have reaction buttons to show how they feel instead of just a “like” but...
