The biggest problem i got with claude code right now,
is that starting a new session is difficult to pic up a project.

AI reacts differently if you start it with no memory.

Have it write notes about every pass to a .md file and have it reference that file in the next session. Adding all that context is going to burn more tokens but it saves you a lot of trouble.
