I am in an office today.

Two people here want a cup of coffee.

Yes, there is a kitchen with free coffee. Yes, there is a coffee shop on site, two minutes away.

But... Starbucks will deliver them two cups of coffee, at normal retail price (£10!), with no additional delivery charge.

How on *earth* can it make any sort of sense - environmental or economic - to offer this service.
