NOSTR is basically a publishing protocol, you publish events to your relays which are basic social media actions.. publish, follow, like, set a relay, etc. To collect the list of people following you, you have to check everyone else's events...

Also.. a few tips. Your feed will mostly be people you follow. So follow alot.. if you find someone you like you can check the list of people they follow, and their followers.. should find alot of familiar faces. May want to try a few paid relays as well, they aren't expensive (couple dollars) an...
