bets are on. what's going to happen first:
1) Ark uses Cashu for their Ark notes
2) Cashu uses Ark as a settlement layer
I like the concept of ecash tied to Bitcoin, but I wonder is it legal to run a mint? Don't you need a license (at least in the us)?
