The mandatory drinking with the boss (both in Japan and Korea) is a thing that i never understood
@Morghur the Inkgave team building. Germans do it too but less frequently and depends on the company. There's no consequences for not joining but you asking for a raise will def be harder when the boss doesn't see you as a "friend"
