Unsurprisingly, if you rapidly expand your population by importing millions of third worlders, per-worker productivity will go down.

The fact is we're not all equal. Canada's population is significantly smarter than the world average. Importing the rest of the world en-mass will inevitably degrade that advantage.

Making IQ tests a requirement for immigration would be a good start.
