What makes Reticulum better than Meshtastic?

What kind of hardware does reticulum use/require?

Would be awesome if nostr, meshtastic, and reticulum/Nomad Network could be integrated together. Meshtastic and reticulum pushing messages to nostr as either a fallback or emergency measure.
