How is Nostr today? Did we get any new users? The last to join I think was nostr:npub1dyxgmmqzjvxcmzlu92qahr7gxml4kaec64a6xzfyk0ty6rjs4v9qmn2yuy two months ago.

I’m back from a hiatus, and trying to use nostr for publishing articles.

I have no idea what to do for engagement though. Totally out of the loop, so I don’t even know if people CAN see my stuff, let alone how to make it pop up in people’s timelines.

For all I know, I’m not even in the right relays.

We can see your stuff but only if we follow you. There is no algorithm (generally).

well, for one, start publishing your articles as articles, instead of putting them on the Nostr version of post-it notes (kind1). Have a look at apps like Yakihonne, they will allow you to do this. Good luck

I only saw this note because nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 shared it. Discovery is hard on nostr. We need better way to discover new / returning folks.
