Sometimes I look back at #October of last year and think about how different everything was back then, not just on #Nostr, but in the world at large. 🥹

The price of #Bitcoin in dollar terms was higher, the world didn't seem quite so mired in constant wars, and it felt like everyone was just a little bit happier.

@MartyBent was with us, @ODELL was really shining on #Nostr, and the whole vibe of the space was completely different. ❤️

Some of my friends, like @Helen Yrmom , @Piotr , and @StarryStarryNight , are in a totally different emotional place now. Others, like @Milky and @UNCLE ROCKSTAR , have all but vanished from the scene.

Of course, I've also met some incredible new people, and some great new connections have been formed.

And regardless of what the dollar price happens to be, 1 Bitcoin is, and always will be, 1 Bitcoin.

But #honestly, I keep asking myself: is it just me who feels this way, or do you feel it too?
